    For Biceps:

  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bunch bicep
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 cup water

    To knead it:

  • 5 tablespoons yogurt strained
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon flake pepper
  • 1 tea spoon sumac

Key point

Green vegetables can leave their resting water when they are baked or placed on the hills. In order to prevent this, it is best to boil a little from the front and squeeze the water. How is it prepared?
