- 250 grams of yogurt
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup red berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 4 tablespoon oats
- 2 tablespoons pistachio nuts (chopped and unsalted)
How is it prepared?
Mix well with yogurt and a bowl of beets.
20 x 30 cm flat tray with a baking sheet of yoghurt-honey mixture.
Sprinkle over the fruity, oatmeal and large pieces of pistachio nuts.
Leave the mixture in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
After enough freezing, cut it into triangle with the help of a sharp knife and consume it without waiting.
