- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 bunch of dill
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tea spoon salt
- 1 package baking powder
You can cook them by sprinkling quartz or filling them with curd cheese.
How is it prepared?
Break the egg into a deep bowl. Mix with yoghurt and olive oil on top.
Add the dill to the inside.
Then add baking soda, salt. Start by kneading the flour gradually.
When you have a consistency, stop adding flour and knead all ingredients well.
Then give it a ball shape and place it on the oven tray with baking paper. Spread the egg yolk on it and sprinkle the eggplant.
Cook for about 15-20 minutes in a 180-degree oven until it turns red. Take it out and let it rest for a while in the room temperature and eat it with pleasure.
