Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tea spoon salt
  • 1 package baking powder

Cooking Advice

You can cook them by sprinkling quartz or filling them with curd cheese.

How is it prepared?

  1. Break the egg into a deep bowl. Mix with yoghurt and olive oil on top.

  2. Add the dill to the inside.

  3. Then add baking soda, salt. Start by kneading the flour gradually.

  4. When you have a consistency, stop adding flour and knead all ingredients well.

  5. Then give it a ball shape and place it on the oven tray with baking paper. Spread the egg yolk on it and sprinkle the eggplant.




  6. Cook for about 15-20 minutes in a 180-degree oven until it turns red. Take it out and let it rest for a while in the room temperature and eat it with pleasure.
