  • 170 gram white chocolate
  • 125 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of flour (55 gr)
  • 1/3 cup white sugar

Key point

Cooking time is very important and may change the flavor of the oven. So I would recommend you check back often after 5-6 minutes.

How is it prepared?

  1. We melt white chocolate and butter in a benmerian way. If you do not know how to melt the process, you can remove the butter from the kettle and add white chocolate to it and use a wire to melt it.

  2. After melting, allow the mixture to cool.

  3. We mix sugar and eggs in a separate bowl for 2-3 minutes until the sugar is baked. Be careful not to cook the eggs in this process.

  4. We add vanilla and flour into our mixture by sifting with the aid of a strainer. We use a spatula to mix it up and down.

  5. We pour Unu and vanilla into white chocolate, then add this mixture by passing the egg mixture through the strainer.

  6. We oil our soup bowls first. Then, after sprinkling flour into it and making sure that it penetrates all over, we turn the vessel upside down and grab the excess flour from the cap.

  7. We pour our cups of soufflé mixture so that 2 – 2.5 fingers are empty.

  8. Bake for 10-11 minutes in a preheated 200 ° oven.
