- 3 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 pieces of lemon juice
- 1 packet of vanillin
To remove the cherries’ seeds from the cherries; you can use the handle of a thin tea spoon. Another method is to put a piece of cherry on a narrow-necked bottle and cut it with a pipette. So the nucleus will come out from under and the bottle will go inside and keep the shape of your cherries.
How is it prepared?
Take a deep pot of cherries that you wash and remove the seeds from.
Toss the powder to the top and add 1 glass of water.
Then open the bottom of the oven and stir gently between occasions, try not to crush the cherries.
After the jam begins to boil, add lemon juice in about 10-12 minutes and boil another piece of gold and close it.
As soon as the gold is closed, add a packet of powder vanilla into it and mix it well.
Close the mouth of the jar firmly and turn it upside down. Serve when you like after the jam is cold.
