Ingredients

    For the base:

  • 20 cm wide watermelon slice
  • 250 grams of unsalted curd cheese
  • 150 grams labelle cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lemon bark

Key point

You can increase or decrease the amount of honey according to your taste buds.

How is it prepared?

  1. Place a round slice of watermelon slice 1 cm thick in the bottom of the 20 cm clamped mold.

  2. Mix the cheeses and the beef well in a separate bowl.

  3. Grate the lemon crust with a thin plank and add cheese mixture.

  4. Spread the cheese mixture on the watermelon base well and put the freezer in the freezer for about 2 hours.

  5. Remove the clamped part of the mold that you removed from the freezer and consume it as you wish.
