- 20 cm wide watermelon slice
- 250 grams of unsalted curd cheese
- 150 grams labelle cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 lemon bark
For the base:
You can increase or decrease the amount of honey according to your taste buds.
How is it prepared?
Place a round slice of watermelon slice 1 cm thick in the bottom of the 20 cm clamped mold.
Mix the cheeses and the beef well in a separate bowl.
Grate the lemon crust with a thin plank and add cheese mixture.
Spread the cheese mixture on the watermelon base well and put the freezer in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Remove the clamped part of the mold that you removed from the freezer and consume it as you wish.
