  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • 1/2 cup margarine (melted)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2.5 cups of flour
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1,5 cups of walnut walnuts (large pieces)
  • 4 tablespoon cranberry
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Key point

When adding dry ingredients onto wet materials, be careful to stir with a spatula. You can not use a cranberry while preparing a recipe.

How is it prepared?

  1. Peel the bananas’ shells and crush them nicely in a bowl.

  2. Then add eggs, crumbs, and add sugar and start with the help of a beater.

  3. Continue mixing with adding molasses, margarine and milk.

  4. Mix flour, baking soda, vanilla and cinnamon in a separate bowl and sift.

  5. Add the flour mixture gradually over the wet ingredients in the other container and start to feed from top to bottom with a spatula. Stir, mix.

  6. Then add cranberry and walnuts to make them homogeneous.

  7. Transfer the cakes to the oiled, unbaked cake mold and cook in a controlled oven for about 20-30 minutes in a heated oven at 180 degrees.

  8. Remove and serve at room temperature after slicing.
