- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 grated tomato
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup corn wheat (boiled)
- 1/2 cup green lentils (boiled)
- 1/2 cup chickpeas (boiled)
- 1/2 cup nap noodles or homemade cut dough
- 1.5 liters of vegetable juice
- 2 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 sweet spoon mint
You can prepare these soup with finishing which you prepare with 1 egg yolk, 1 glass of water yogurt and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
How is it prepared?
Saute the onion pink with a tanned oil.
Then continue to grill with sliced carrots and chopped celery stalks.
Add boiled wheat, lentils and chickpeas to the vegetables before they are boiled.
After adding tomato juice, vegetable juice, salt and pepper, open the bottom of the oven and boil a carbohydrate.
Bake a bag of boiled soup and bake it for 30 minutes.
In a separate pan, stir up the butter and noodles and serve with stirring in the soup.
