- 4 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 red pepper
- 2 leeks
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tea spoon butter
- 2 branches of rosemary
- 1 branch of fresh thyme (leaves are removed)
- 1 sweet spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
You can cook all the vegetables in the oven bag.
How is it prepared?
Set the oven to 170 degrees.
Cut the potatoes into 4 pebbles.
Shoot the rings and the hoof ring.
Slice the red peppers in long strips.
Melt the butter and let all the vegetables stand in the pan for 4-5 minutes.
Lubricate the heat resistant oven cabinet and place all vegetables.
Oil; salt, pepper, garlic thyme and rosemary leaves.
