Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tea spoon butter
  • 2 branches of rosemary
  • 1 branch of fresh thyme (leaves are removed)
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper

Cooking Advice

You can cook all the vegetables in the oven bag.

How is it prepared?

  1. Set the oven to 170 degrees.

  2. Cut the potatoes into 4 pebbles.

  3. Shoot the rings and the hoof ring.

  4. Slice the red peppers in long strips.

  5. Melt the butter and let all the vegetables stand in the pan for 4-5 minutes.
