Ingredients for vegetable mushroom stuffing

  • 1 fillet of red pepper
  • 1 fillet of yellow pepper
  • 1 whole green pepper
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 dried tomatoes
  • 1 tea cup walnut inside
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 12 large sized mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter

For the above

  • Half a cup of grated cheese

Preparation of vegetable mushroom stuffing

  • Cut peppers in cubes and sift lightly in olive oil with the garlic you crush. Add your thin chunks of dry tomatoes and walnuts. Mix with salt and pepper.
