- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 200 grams of bitter chocolate
- 200 ml. cream
How is it prepared?
Melt bitter chocolate by dividing the chocolate into small pieces.
Add icing on the melting chocolate and mix.
Take a smooth mixture of chocolate and cream from the quarry and leave it to the mushroom.
Beat with egg and powder sugar mixer until it is snowy.
Add the snow-like mixture of eggs to the cooling cream and chocolate mixture, and feed the mixture with the egg mixture.
Pour a mixture of greased paper-laid and oil-laden clamps.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated 190 degree oven with controlled oven.
