2 large trays
- 200 grams of butter
- 1 cup of powdered sugar

- 3 cups of flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 packet vanilla
If you have time, rest your cookie doughs in the fridge overnight. In this way they will be more chopped and tasty. The amount of flour may come more or less when preparing the cookie dough. Take care to add the flour in a controlled manner at this stage. Cooking times may vary depending on the oven performance. For this reason, be careful to cook carefully.
How is it prepared?
Transfer all materials except cocoa into a medium-sized container.
Knead well until you get a soft, tacky cookie.
Then divide the dough into two equal pieces. Add cocoa to a piece and knead until all the cocoa is in good shape.
Wrap the pieces stretch film and rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Take it out and open the pieces separately on the slightly floured countertop.
If you have time, rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. Remove and roll in rolls.
Then slice it 2 cm thick (medium thickness).
Transfer over the oven tray with baking paper and cook in a controlled oven for about 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees.
Consumed cooked biscuits with warmth after cooling for a while at room temperature.
