- 1 water glass bulgur
- 2 cups turnip juice
- 1 pinch parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon boiled corn
- 2 tablespoon beetroot pickles
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (can be reduced or increased)
How is it prepared?
Bake washed bulgur, turnip juice together with low heat until the water is pulled.
Let the fried bulgur cool.
Prepare a sauce by whipping lemon juice, salt and olive oil in a bowl with a whisk.
Add chilled parsley, chopped beetroot and corn.
After adding the sauce you have prepared, stir well and serve.
