Ingredients

  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 large potato
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1.5 water glass yellow lentils
  • 1,5 tea spoon turmeric
  • 1 sweet spoon black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon cumin
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 3 cups of water

Key point

If you want to consume your soup by filtering it, then take it on the oven and cook it for a while in order to keep its consistency.

How is it prepared?

  1. Peel off the onion’s potato shells. Thin thin cubes.

  2. Peel and crush the skin of the garlic.

  3. Wash lentils thoroughly and drain excess water.

  4. Start by deep-frying butter, olive oil and onions into a deep cooker.

  5. Add lentils and potatoes on top. Keep on baking.




  6. When they roast, add water and turmeric and cook until the vegetables and lentils are soft.

  7. Then take all the spices and salt from the quarry. After consuming the blender, consume it with warm warmth.

Service Offer

You can serve it by decorating it with crushed pepper and croutons.
