Ingredients

  • 10 tomatoes (medium size)
  • 1 sweet spoon tomato paste
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 liter water
  • 2 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper

How is it prepared?

  1. Bake tomatoes for 15 minutes in a preheated 190-degree oven.

  2. Peel the shells of the baked tomatoes.

  3. Add tomatoes after a deep chunky olive oil and garlic saute for 1 minute.

  4. After adding the water to the tomatoes, crush the tomatoes with the blender.

  5. After adding 1 sweet spoonful of salty, leave the soup to boil.

  6. When you start to boil down, cut the gold.




  7. Add basil, salt and pepper and cook for 6 more minutes in a row.

  8. After taking it from the oven, mix it again with the blender and serve.

Service Offer
