- 10 tomatoes (medium size)
- 1 sweet spoon tomato paste
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1.5 liter water
- 2 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
How is it prepared?
Bake tomatoes for 15 minutes in a preheated 190-degree oven.
Peel the shells of the baked tomatoes.
Add tomatoes after a deep chunky olive oil and garlic saute for 1 minute.
After adding the water to the tomatoes, crush the tomatoes with the blender.
After adding 1 sweet spoonful of salty, leave the soup to boil.
When you start to boil down, cut the gold.
Add basil, salt and pepper and cook for 6 more minutes in a row.
After taking it from the oven, mix it again with the blender and serve.
During the service, you can serve it with cream and olive oil and pour on the basil you have laden with.
