    For the dough:

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cups warm milk
  • 3/4 tea glass sunflower oil
  • 1/2 packet instant yeast
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 1 sweet sponge sugar

    For the above:

  • 2 tablespoons tomato slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 20-25 pieces of black olives
  • 1/2 paprika
  • 1/2 pieces of yellow pepper
  • 50 grams of mushrooms
  • 150 grams of cheddar cheese

Key point

Use the milk absolutely warm. If it is lukewarm, it will be effective in the better fermentation of your dough. Add the salt last while kneading the hull.

How is it prepared?

  1. Take the flour into a deep and wide bowl. Open the middle as a pool.

  2. Add warm milk, sugar and yeast to the middle part. Mix gently with your hand.

  3. Then add the sunflower oil and the egg. Mix.

  4. Add salt and knead well until you get a non-sticky dough.

  5. When you obtain a homogenous dough, cover the dough with a stretch film so as not to breathe and leave it to ferment for about 40 minutes at room temperature.

  6. Lubricate your baking tray nicely.

  7. Divide the hare you have prepared in accordance with the dimensions of your tray and spread it to the tray.

  8. Mix tomato paste, olive oil, black pepper and water well.

  9. Publish this mixture nicely on the dough. All ingredients except cheddar cheeses are on dough.

  10. Cook in a 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.

  11. Sprinkle cheese on top and continue cooking for a few more minutes until cheese is melted. Then take it out and serve hot hot.
