Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon rice
  • 1 pinch of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch of finely chopped dill
  • 1 pinch of finely chopped fresh mint
  • 3 tablespoons labelle cheese
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper

    To find it:

  • 1 cup of tarhana
  • 2 eggs white

    To roast:

  • 1/2 water glass sunflower oil

Key point

Instead of rice, you can also use your overnight rice.

How is it prepared?

  1. Take the rice in a small pot and add enough water to reach the top. Boil it for about 10 minutes and strain it.

  2. Take the zircons in a deep bowl. Add the greens to the tops. Add Labne cheese, sweeten with salt and pepper.
