- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon garlic powder
- 1 tea spoon red powdered pepper
How is it prepared?
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Peel the potatoes’ shells and slice them finely.
Add corn starch and mix.
Then add olive oil and spices and mix well.
Place the potatoes so that the pans are not over the top, cook for 30 minutes and then eat them with care.
You can prepare your chips as you like and serve them with dip sauces.
