- 2 fl. flour c.
- 4 ml of a crystalline stevia or other sweetener
- 1 and c. filled baking powder (e.g., c.)
- 2 salt pips
- 1 big egg
- 3/4 ph. fresh milk
- 1/2 fl. corn oil
- 150 g chocolate without chopped sugar
- 1 fl. chopped hazelnuts
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 125 g chocolate chopped without sugar
How to make?
We start the sweet chocolate bread, sifting a large bowl of flour with the baking powder. Add the salt and sweetener and mix them with a spoon.
In another bowl, knock the egg with a fork and add the milk and corn oil. Make a dump in the flour, pour the liquid ingredients into the solids and mix the mixture (it will look like the dough of the cake). Finally, add chopped chocolate and hazelnuts.
Butter well and fry a small elongated form of cake and pour into the mixture. Bake it in a well-preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 1 hour until the blade of the knife comes into the center of the oven to dry. Let’s stand for 10 in the mold, smear it and let it cool down.
Melt the rest of the chocolate with margarine. Pour the bread through the lines and, if necessary, sprinkle with nuts.
