- 2 eggs white
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup blackberry
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 sweet spoon powder sugar
- 200 gram cream
- 1 piece of peach cubed
- 2 top vanilla ice cream
- 1 sweet spoon pistachio
How is it prepared?
Beat egg whites until they turn white in a transparent view.
Add powdered sugar at intervals and continue mixing.
Cool the baking paper on the oven tray and spread the egg whites on the sugar mixture.
Cook for 45 minutes in a 100 degree oven. After removing it from the oven and shaking it, cut it into small pieces and mix it with a whipped cream.
In a separate bowl, mix blackberries, lemon juice and powdered sugar with a fork.
Into an ice cream cup, first add the meringue mix, then the blackberry mix and the peach cubes. Repeat this until you fill the glass.
After putting 2 top ice cream on it, serve it by decorating it with pistachio pieces.
