Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 200 g. coconut milk with low fat
  • 200 g. yoghurt 2% fat
  • 1 vanilla
  • 5 ml. P. Agave syrup (super market)
  • 6 pockets for stick ice cream

How to make?

Peel the mango, finely chop and put in a blender with milk, yogurt, vanilla, syrup and zest.

The grind a puree, until smooth mixture. Isomoirazoume in cases chopsticks.

Freezes 5-6 hours firmer result leaving overnight in a refrigerator.
