- 8 pieces of baklava yufka
- 300 grams of melted butter
- 400 grams of kadayif
- 2 cups of walnuts
- 4 cups water
- 3,5 cups of powdered sugar
- 5 drops of lemon juice
How is it prepared?
First, let’s make syrup. Stir and boil to mix water and sugar.
Add 5 drops of lemon juice into the boiling syrup and add to it for 10 more minutes.
Spread the kadayifs in a bowl. If it is too dry, you can spice out the kadayıf by pouring 2-3 spoonful of melted butter.
Divide the kadayıf four times to share four rolls.
Apply the butter melted on two layers of baklava yufkan with brush.
Broadcast on the yufkan everywhere.
Sprinkle nuts on the kadayif.
Roll the dough into a roll that is neither too tight nor too loose. Create four rolls in this way.
Cut the rolls at a height of about 3 fingers so that the indexes are flush with each other and equal parts.
Pour over the oil rolls that have been lubricated and index the remaining oil from the melted butter.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 180 degree oven set to pre-heated fan cooked.
Pour cold syrup on the finely ground rolls.
You can serve it either hot or cold. You can decorate it with powdered pistachio nuts. Bon Appetit!
