- 250 grams crocodile broccoli

How to make?
For spaghetti with quinces, leave the quinces for a few minutes in a bowl full of water.
Then rinse them thoroughly and put them in a frying pan without water. Cover them, fry them for about 3 o’clock until they are opened, and strain the broth in a sieve.
Heat the olive oil, sauté the broccoli (the smallest tassels) and add the garlic and the pepper. We saute for 1 and add quinces and wine. Allow to evaporate a little and add broth from quinces, a little raw olive oil and salt pepper.
Meanwhile, we have boiled our macaroni and put them in the sauce. Stir well and serve the dish.
