  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 salmon
  • 3 branch green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon cumin
  • 1 cup corn flour

Cooking Advice

If you do not have a cooking stove in your home, you can also do it with a steel strainer or a non-plastic colander.

How is it prepared?

  1. Take the water into a medium sized cooker. Put on the baking dish.

  2. Peel the potatoes shells and cut them in medium thickness.

  3. Place salmon and cut potatoes on the appliance. Add salt lightly.

  4. Close the lid and cook for about 25 minutes.

  5. Take these patties into a bowl and crush them with the help of a fork. Toss the salmon lightly and add over the potatoes.

  6. Then add green onions and parsley, spices and salt and knead well.

  7. Get medium sized rounded cores from the mortar you prepared.

  8. Relax in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.

  9. Pour the rest of the corns into the corn flour and fry in the oil in the back. Remove it and serve it.

Service Offer

You can serve salad, lots of greens and lemon.
