Key point

Start to prepare all your materials by relaxing at room temperature. In this way, your cake will swell in its fullness and will have a nice texture with a slight wetting. Your cake will be a more fluid cake than a normal cake. At this stage you can add as much flour as 1/2 cup of water if it is very liquid.

How is it prepared?

  1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl and add sugar on it. Begin with the help of a mixer or with a wire beater.

  2. Then add some oil, yogurt, and yogurt to this mixture.

  3. Add the lemon slice rind together with the sugar vanillin into the mixture and mix with a spatula.

  4. Then add the mortar and baking powder by hand and mix well with the spatula. Add 1.5 cups of flour in the first step. You will have a slightly more liquid dough from the cake dough. If you think it is very liquid, you can add flour at this stage.

  5. Transfer the flour to a bowl of oiled buns, which is then sprinkled well.

  6. Give your preheated fumigant cake at 180 degrees and after about 25-30 minutes, remove it from the inside and then let it rest at room temperature.

  7. After serving at room temperature, slice and serve.
