Ingredients

  • 6.5 cup flour
  • 1 pack of yeast
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 glass of milk (warm)
  • 2 eggs (1 egg yellow leave)
  • 1 cup water (warm)
  • 1.5 sweet spoon salt

    For the above:

  • 1.5 tablespoons sesame seeds and blackcurrant mixture (according to desire)

How is it prepared?

  1. Melt the yeast in warm water. Add powdered sugar and mix and leave for 15 minutes.

  2. Take the milk, oil, egg and salt to the kneading bowl and mix.

  3. Take the melted yeast into the kneading bowl.

  4. Start kneading slowly adding the flour. Knead the dough until it is not tangled.

  5. Cover the kneaded dough and leave to ferment for 30 minutes.

  6. Prepare equally rounded beads from the fried dough and place it in the middle and place it in the middle.




  7. Spread egg yolks on the oven pods you set in the oven tray.

  8. According to the desire, sesame seeds and black sesame seeds are cooked at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
