  • 3 pieces of paper

  • 1 egg yolk

Be careful not to let your pies wait too long in the sodic mixture you will prepare.

Cooking Advice

Just as you can cook your own ingredients as you like, you can also serve it with sesame or blackcurrant spoon just before the cooking step.

How is it prepared?

  1. Cool the dough on the counter and apply oil with a brush.

  2. Cut the greased dough into 6-8 pieces in a triangular shape.

  3. Crumble the ezine cheeses and wrap them nicely on the cut pieces. Combine the tips with water.

  4. Once all the dough is done, transfer it into the refrigerator bags and throw it in the ice.

  5. Remove the time you want to use. Mix oil and soda in a bowl.

  6. Throw the pastries that you make out of the fridge into this liquid mixture and let them lightly wet.

  7. Then place the pie on top of the oven tray with cooking paper. Spread the egg yolk onto the pastries with the help of a brush.

  8. Bake in preheated 180 degree oven until it is hot.

  9. Take it out and serve hot hot.
