- 5 tablespoons yogurt strained
- 10-12 blueberries
- 6 strawberries
- 1 sweet spoon honey
- 1 meal spoon chia seed
- 15 blueberries
- 1 small banana
- 1 sweet spoon chia seed
- 5-6 pieces of raw almond
For the above:
How is it prepared?
Transfer the yoghurt into the blender.
Remove the stem parts of the strawberries and add on them.
Then add the wild honey honey and the chia seed.
Put the mixture in a hermit. Slice the banana. Serve it with almonds, chia seeds, banana slices and blueberries.
You can decorate it with fruit, dried fruit, oats or seeds.
