Ingredients

  • 1.5 water glass fine bulgur
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1 water glass of hot water
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1/4 glass of water flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tea spoon cumin

    For interior material:

  • 250 grams ground meat
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup parsley finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup walnut inside
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

    For the above:

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Key point

If you lubricate the bottom of the cabinet and its edges with some oil before placing the ingredients in the baking dish that you will cook the sausage, it will be easier to remove and serve it after it has been squeezed.

How is it prepared?

  1. Take a deep bowl and bulgur, put 1 cup of hot water in the top and stir it a little.

  2. Cover the mouth of the cabinet with the stretch film and leave it to the blister for about 10 minutes.
