Ingredients

  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 1 glass of coriander bulgur
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon flake pepper
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 2.5 tablespoons flour

    To roast:

  • 3/4 water glass oil

How is it prepared?

  1. Get semolina and bulgur in a bowl.

  2. Add hot water and turn it off and wait for 15 minutes to draw water.

  3. Plow the parsley. Finely chop the onion.

  4. Crush potatoes.

  5. Add egg, flour, parsley, crushed potatoes, spices and salt on the dipped bulgur and wax. Knead it beautifully.

  6. Then give it round, round, slightly thick meatballs. Rest your köfelerin for 15-20 minutes in the fridge.




  7. Take it out and cook it in hot oil until you get to the back of your forehead. Take the roasted peanuts over the paper towel and consume them with care by draining excess oil.

Service Offer

You can serve it with the desired sauces, you can spend it with lemon juice.
