Materials for spearheads

  • 2 bundles
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 sweet spoon tomato slice
  • 1 sweet spoon chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon boiled chickpeas
  • 1 teaspoon boiled lentils
  • Half tea glass pilaf with bulgur
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate sour
  • 1 cup water
  • Red pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation of the spruce

  • Cut the onion into edible oil and saute it in olive oil until pink. Add rancid and boil for another 1-2 minutes. Add cleaned and chopped snails and water and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
  • Add boiled chickpeas, lentils and bulguras and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add pomegranate juice, lemon juice, spices and battered garlic, cook for 2 more minutes, then remove from the heat. Serve after the cold.
