Ingredients for non-sugar-free scone recipe

  • 200 g almond flour
  • 2 g of salt
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 100 g dry blueberries
  • 30 g coconut
  • 45 g molasses
  • 1 egg

Preparation of unsweetened scone with molasses

  • Mix all of the dry materials in a large bowl. Beat the molasses and the egg in a separate bowl and add dry ingredients and mix until the dough is finished.
  • Divide the dough into 8 pieces with a round flat shape. Bake and serve for 15 minutes in a pre-heated 180-degree oven.
