Ingredients for the crushed fig figs

  • 500 g of raw fig
  • 2 tablespoon chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 5 eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper

Preparation of popped figs

  • Wash the figs and cut the stems and divide them in half. Fill a pot with hot water, add salt and leave to boil. Throw the figs you have prepared and boil them for about 10-15 minutes until they soften. Take the scalded figs from the strainer and squeeze it completely with water after you cool down.
  • Take figs and mix them by adding salt and spices. Take a pot of olive oil and a slice and roast it. Add the figs to which you poured water and continue to burn it for about 5 minutes. Get it from the furnace.
  • Beat the eggs in a deep bowl and add a pinch of salt. In a separate pan heat up the olive oil as much as 1 tablespoon and add the eggs you cook and cook. Add to the grated figs, blend and serve warm.
