Materials for recipe description

  • 3-4 eggplants
  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 onions
  • 8-10 cloves of garlic
  • 4-5 village peppers
  • 2 cutting sugar
  • 1 coffee fin cup rice
  • Salt

Preparation of Sataras

  • Chop the aubergines in variegated strips and large cubes. Leave in salt water for 5-10 minutes. Chop the tomatoes and prepare the parsley finely.
  • Take a pot of olive oil and heat it slightly. Cut the onions into large cubes and add them to the pot. Add the garlic and the village pepper that you are lying in, and let it sit for a few minutes. Cover the cooker and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add eggplants, tomatoes, half of parsley and cut sugar to your pot. After cooking for a few minutes, add rice and half a glass of hot water and season with salt. Continue to cook on a low heat. Add the remaining parsley before mixing it in the oven and take it from the oven. According to your desire, serve hot or cold.
