Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 sweet spoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of water
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 2 sweet spoon donut ot
  • 1 sweet spoon fennel seed (or anise)
  • 2.5 – 3 cups of flour

    For the above:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon donut

Key point

The vinegar that is placed in it helps both to have more poultry and to help it last longer.

Cooking Advice

You can also make your dough without putting a fennel in it, and you can put sesame seeds on it instead of a black seed.

How is it prepared?

  1. First, put a bagel of grass and a bean jam and beat it. You will get a slightly dusty consistency.

  2. Sift all ingredients except deep-fried tofu and flour.

  3. After you have obtained a creamy consistency, add the baking powder. Add the flour as little as possible and continue kneading.

  4. You will get a soft dough.




  5. Roll the dough into small pieces.

  6. Place on top of the baking sheet laid on incombustible paper.

  7. Sprinkle the egg yolk with all the cookies with a brush and sprinkle the donut.

  8. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for about 25-30 minutes.

  9. Take it from the flour, wait for it to cool slightly and serve it as you like. Bon Appetit.
