Salted Milk Candy


  • 100 g of black sugar
  • 50 g of butter
  • 150 g of cream 35%
  • 2 pips of salt

How to make?

For the sauce of salted milk candy, put in a saucepan the black sugar with the butter on a high heat, stirring with a spoon to melt.

Remove from the fire and add the cream and salt.

Return to the heat and let boil for 4′-5 ‘, thicken and appear thick blisters on the surface.

Let it cool before serving it.
