  • 2 c. small tender spinach leaves
  • 1 green salad
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 4 sundried tomatoes
  • 4 melon slices (cut into triangles)
  • 4 slices prosciutto Karpenisiou
  • 1/2 cup. peel pungent Gruyere
  • 1/2 cup. almond net
  • For the sauce
  • 1/3 cup. olive oil
  • 3 ml. P. Balsamic
  • 2 sundried tomatoes
  • Mr 1/2. Teaspoon. honey
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make?

Dish prosciutto a sheet lined with wax paper and bake for 15 to 200 o C, crispy. Allow to cool. Wash and drain well all vegetables. Them in an open dish. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add.
