- 4 pears moderate
- 1 + 1/2 n. P. Sugar
- 6 Tbsp.. Oil
- 5 ml. P. Balsamic vinegar with honey
- 1 n. C. Thyme honey
- 1 lola green
- 1 salad
- 50 g. parmesan flakes
- 1 cup. walnuts
- freshly ground pepper
How to make?
Peel the pears, peel and seeds and cut into four. Put them in a bowl. Add the sugar, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper and stir. Heat nonstick skillet with 2 Tbsp. Olive oil over medium-high heat.
Arrange radially with the cut side down t ‘pears in a layer and allow to caramelize for 3 minutes or so. Turn t ‘pears caramelised and on the other side of 2′-3’, turn off the heat and as hot pan, drizzle with 3 ml. P. Balsamic and mix gently. With the temperature of the pan turns into vinegar syrup covered pears. Allow to cool.
If we, as cool, cut the pears into thin slices. Put in a bowl the remaining 4 Tbsp. Olive oil, remaining 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar, honey and salt and pepper tasting. Beat well with a whisk to unite. We wash well and drain salads and cut by hand into chunks.
