Ingredients for sour eggplant recipe

  • 1 kg eggplant
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 water glass of olive oil
  • 4 onions
  • 1 sweet sponge sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 2 branch parsley
  • 2 branches fresh reyhan

Sour eggplant preparation

  • Peel the eggplants’ skins and slice them longitudinally. Pour eggplant and ring chopped onions into flour and fry them in olive oil. Place a row of potatoes, a row of eggplants, and a row of onions. Sprinkle with salt and powder sugar on it. Add water and polish and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle parsley and fresh homemade finely. Serve warm or cold.
