Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour (+ 3-4 tablespoons flour)
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 50 milliliters of olive oil (1/4 glass of water)
  • 1 serving spoon (wiping) sugar
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 1 pack instant yeast
  • 2 branch fresh rosemary

How is it prepared?

  1. Activate yeast by mixing yeast, warm water and sugar well in a bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.

  2. Open the middle of a large flaky bowl of flour and add the yeast.

  3. After adding olive oil and salt, knead well. The dough will have a sticky consistency. But if you have a very lumpy consistency, you can add 3-4 tablespoons.

  4. After kneading, add the red peppers and knead once more.

  5. Stretch it over and let it ferment for 30 minutes.

  6. After May, put the dough on top of the baking paper. You can cook it in a greased mold.




  7. Lubricate your brow with a brush and cook for 30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
