Key point

If you wet your hands occasionally while rolling corners, you can roll more easily and quickly to reduce sticking to your hand. You can also use normal rice instead of broken rice.

How is it prepared?

  1. Take the meats in a whistling pot and put on the chickpeas once you’ve gotten wet on the night before and then filter them.

  2. Add 6 cups of water to the top and cook in a whistle for about 20 minutes.

  3. Prepare roasts for chick peas and meat.

  4. Rinse the rice and take it into the kitchen robot, peel the shells over the rice, add the rough onion that you roughly squeeze, and pull it until it is flaky in the kitchen robot.

  5. Add the salt, garlic, rice, starch, eggs and black pepper on the crumbled rice together with the onion and knead well. Your meatballs are ready.

  6. Make the tiny little köftel so that this meatball will be of marble size.

  7. Put plenty of water in a pot and start to boil the water, take the pebbles into a strainer and sit on the boiling water. In this way, you can boil the corns on the water by shaking the filter from time to time.

  8. Once the köftes are planted, take a corner of the köftes. Meat and chickpea will also be cooked at this time.

  9. Beat another egg with a tanned yogurt and open the bottom of the oven.

  10. Take about 1 cup of water from the boiled meat, add it into the yogurt, and cook the yogurt mixture with egg until it starts to boil with constant stirring. Close the gold when it starts to boil.

  11. Add the cooked köftel to the boiled meat and chickpeas, open the bottom of the oven and cook until it boils.

  12. When the meatballs, chickpeas and meat mixture starts to boil, add the yogurt mixture with stirring slowly and slowly.

  13. Add the salt and black pepper and continue mixing until the sauce starts to boil again. When you start boiling, your soup is ready, you can close the bottom of the oven.

  14. Take your burger for servicing and serve it hot hot by pouring gnashing on the oil you have poured on it.
