Ingredients for roasted pepper soup recipe

  • 5 red peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4-5 glasses of hot water
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

For the above

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Mint

Preparation of roasted pepper soup

  • Roast the red peppers in a pan or pan, peel and chop the shells. Thinly sprinkle onions, butter and olive oil in a frying pan. Continue to roast until the smell is over by adding flour on it. Add tomatoes and garlic that you want to cook and cook until boiling.
  • Add the roasted red peppers and hot water to cook until soft. Pass the soup through the blender. Flavour with salt and blackpepper. For the sake, lightly heat the olive oil and add the mash, stir it over the soup, and serve hot.
