- 2 red onions
- 4 medium boiled potatoes
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tea spoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tea spoon flake pepper
- 1 sweet spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon thyme
How is it prepared?
Slice the onions thinly.
Boil your potatoes in a crusty manner so that they are neither too hard nor too soft, until they are slightly soft. Peel the shells and chop them in medium thickness and wait for them to cool.
Take butter and olive oil into an iron casting ceiling. Throw the onions and gently boil them.
Then add the boiled potatoes and carefully fry them carefully so that their shape does not spoil.
In the last step, add salt and all the other spices and get it from the heat. Serve hot hot.
You can dine on yoghurt sauce and serve meat and chicken dishes.
