Ingredients for hummus roasting recipe

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts
  • 1 onion
  • 500 g round beef
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

For hummus

  • 500 g of chickpeas
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons tahin
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt
  • Half tea spoon cumin
  • 1 tea spoon sumac

For the above

  • Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Humus meat roasting preparation

  • Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Roast the peanuts in pink until the roast and add the onion you eat. Add the meats and bake until the meats soften, stirring occasionally with the cover closed. Add salt and black pepper 15 minutes before taking it from the oven.
  • For hummus soak the chickpeas overnight. The next day, take the pot. Add enough water to pass it over twice, and boil the chickpeas. Filter and mash it in the kitchen robot. Crush the garlic into a bucket, add lemon juice, tahini and olive oil on it. Sweeten with salt and spices.
  • Take the hummus to the serving bowl. Slightly pit the middle. Take the baking powder on the humus and put the red peppered olive oil on it. Serve hot.
