  • 1 kg. minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 cup of water for bread
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 1 sweet spoon black pepper
  • 1 sweet spoon cumin

    For inner filling:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 jar garnish
  • 1 cup of coarse beaten walnut
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper

    For the above:

  • 1 egg white

    For Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon powder red pepper

Key point

The more you knead the dumplings, the more delicious it will be, so we recommend you knead for about 10 minutes. For the inner filling you can also use all the stewed boilers so you can have an orange round carrot slice in the middle of each slice or you can add boiled eggs in the same way.

How is it prepared?

  1. Peel the onion and grate, then add all the ingredients for meatballs and knead well

  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan for the filling, finely chop garlic, lightly sift in olive oil, and then add garnishes from cold water.

  3. Add some walnuts, stir the spices and roast a few minutes and get them from the fire.

  4. Take the dumplings on an oily paper and open them with your hands or a roller to make them rectangular.

  5. Spread beautifully on the inner paddle that you are preparing and wrap it in rolls, starting from the long side, with the help of oiled paper.

  6. Use a brush or hand to apply the egg whites beautifully over the roll you have prepared. Thus, you will prevent the breakdown of your meatballs, egg whites will serve as glue.

  7. Set the oven to 180 degrees to cook the roast beef, while wrapping the yolk nicely with greasy paper, then cover it with aluminum foil and apply it to the heated oven. Leave it in the oven for 30 minutes like this.

  8. Prepare the sauce while roasting meatballs; heat the sauce in a sauce pan and take the slices and boil it, then add the water, open the salch and bring it to the consistency of the sauce, mix the spices and boil a carbohydrate and close the gold.

  9. At the end of 30 minutes, open the oven and remove the oil-roasted roasted meat with aluminum foil and rinse the meatball again and leave it for 10 minutes.

  10. Finally, remove the roasted meatball from the oven, run the sauce on it and serve it hot with potatoes.
