for 2 person
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons milk slice (or cream)
- 1 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 1.5 cup water
- 150 grams of trabzon cheese (unsweetened wire or pickled cheese)
It is recommended that you use butter, also known as plain oil, obtained from the casein (milk foam) as well as freshly squeezed and roasted corn flour.
You may prefer to use milk instead of water, add water crayer twice in a row. Instead of Trabzon cheese, you can also use the ready-to-eat cheese or cola cheese. You can also burn butter and browse over the cookie before serving.
How is it prepared?
Take the butter, also known as plain milk, with milk foam, preferably in a copper pan. Leave it on the low heat.
Add the milk slice and melt with butter until it is liquid.
When the cream and butter are completely melted, add flour and roast.
Subsequently add corn flour gradually and start to fry the corn flour with a wooden spoon.
When the corn flour starts to color, add a piece of water and pull it.
Then add the remaining water. Stir in the boiling water corn flour and add the Trabzon cheese you have prepared and mix it gently.
Take it from the quarry, which you continue to cook on a low heat, when it comes out of butter and gets color. Share warmly with your loved ones.
Serve hot warm without waiting for the butter to freeze.
