Ingredients for remoulade sauce recipe

  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon granulated mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grape circus
  • 5-6 shallots onion
  • 3-4 stalks fresh onion
  • 2 stem celery
  • 5-6 branch parsley
  • 1 tooth crushed garlic
  • 1 tea spoon powder red pepper
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Salt

Remoulade sauce preparation

  • Stir in a deep bowl of mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and grape cirque. Thin the shallots bulbs in small cubes. Peel the fresh onions, stalks and parsley finely. Add the mayonnaise mixed with the beef bulbs and fine greens you are. Add crushed garlic, salt and spices and mix until well identified.
    SERVICE RECOMMENDATION: Remoulade sauce is very compatible with fish and seafood and can also be served with red meat.
