Be sure to heat your oven beforehand. If you are in the whipping stage and do not have a footed mixer, use a hand mixer and be careful not to put out the egg whites.

Start heating your oven at 130 degrees.

Then transfer the meringue prepared on a round, medium size baking paper and cook for 1 hour in the preheated oven.
At this time cream in a bowl and beat the remaining vanilla beans for about 7-8 minutes. Cover the stretch over the film and cool it in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
Take the Merengi from the oven and let it rest for about 1 hour at room temperature.

Using the red fruits you want, you can also serve your sweet using a whipped cream instead of cream.
