- 150 grams of margarine (at room temperature)
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tea spoon ginger
- 1 package baking powder
- 3/4 water glass oats
- 1.5 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon raisins
The cooking time will vary depending on the size. So, be careful to cook your cookies in a controlled way.
How is it prepared?
Beat the room temperature margarini with powdered sugar until creamy consistency.
Break into the egg and add the vanilla extract and beat it for another minute.
Then add ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and flour into the mixture and mix.
Add the oatmeal and mix with a spatula or spoon.
Finally, add the raisins and stir to make your cookies ready. Relax in the closet for up to 1 hour.
Take the rest of the dough in the size you want and place it on top of a baking sheet pan.
Cook for about 12-15 minutes in a 180 degree heated oven.
Take it out and drink it after it has cooled down at room temperature.
