Ingredients for the recipe for rainbow berry

  • 1 kg flour
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 200 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • As much water as you take

Preparation of rainbow berry

  • In a deep mixing bowl, stir the flour and open the middle as a pool. Add half of salt, eggs, milk and butter and start kneading. Continue kneading, adding water gradually to obtain a smooth dough with moderate hardness. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for about 2 hours.
  • Divide the rest of the dough into oranges in size. Open 20 cm in diameter on lightly unfolded floor. Bake both sides of the well-heated sheet (you can also do this in a teflon pan). When the pastries are hot, use a brush on them to serve the remaining butter and serve without waiting.
